Caoitec Credit BAD SERVICE
Deplorable service from Capitec credit. I have all my credit facilities with Capitec and pay on time every month but required a loan and sent all my documents through. My credit rating is above average yet was sent a sms to state declined and not able to view their reasons.i went back onto their site and app**** and it says provisionally accepted. Seems there credit staff and system differ wonder where lack of education lies ? With staff or systems . Very bad service.

05 Mar 2022, 13:08Hi I called and spoke to your contact centre agents and was informed that Namisile declined my loan due to affordability. Why is this ? I always pay my accounts on time and what is meant by this stupid reasoning. I was trying to consolidate two store accounts and my credit card so makes my monthly expenses easier. I am highly perturbed and would like to close my savings account . Please advise if I may close my savings account and still have my access facility and credit card and current loan still with your bank? I also had gotten very rude service from Yoliswa from your credit dept. I do not want to remain with a bank which shows disrespect to customers just cos we ain't rich and mighty.
