Caoitec App took duplicate payment n the bank can't fix it .. Stay away from this bank

I made one payment to a beneficiary n the app I don't know how it processed 2 amounts same time.. Capitec can't recall my money back they say it's not a system fault ..

Be warned with this bank, hence people are getting ****med in this bank.. literally the 2 consultants are even cutting my calls
