Can't transact Online

I'm trying to do an online purchase on a trading platform i can't as my card gets decline message unsupported bank my card must be activated to make purchases online

My whole problem is that i'm trying to buy Crypto currency for trading on online trading sites like coinbase or capital.com seems they don't recognize or accept Capitec cards that leaves me with the alternative of opening another bank account for that purpose

No reply as yet from Capitec now i'll just have to take the alternative and open an account at another bank who's card will allow me to purchase Crypto currency as an investment

Just phoned Capitec as i'm getting no answer or reply on my complaint according to the consultant Capitec does not support the purchasing of cryptocurrency should i close my account and go to another bank ?
