Cant Stop a payment

I made an EFT payment from Capitec on my Banking App to a Third Party. Due to unforeseen circumstances I will no longer need the service of the Third Party and called Capitec to stop the payment. I've also informed the third party.

I was told that it take 7 - 14 Working days to recall a payment as Capitec dont stop payments. They can recall the payment if the money will be paid back by the third party. So there is no Guarantee that I will get my money back.

I made the payment 3 hours ago, and are being told I have to wait till the payment first go through. Where is the stop payment facility at Capitec ... I am so disgusted in a bank that I have put so much trust in.
