Can't see your face - Huawei specific app error

Myself and many others according to your ratings on the app store are receiving an error when trying to set up the app - can't see your face. Capitec does not have the decency to respond to any of the ratings or provide a solution to fix the bug. You are about to lose a lot of clients due to this as i have gathered some people and started a petition. You have 48 hours to acknowledge receipt of this complaint and to commit to providing a solution.
