Can't report *****

It's been days trying to report ***** committed using a capitec account to **** customers using Royalty Designs (Pty) Ltd as a front.I went to their branch I didn't get any help. I tried using their WhatsApp number, no assistance was received. I tried calling them. They kept on referring me to the next consultant until I waited for an hour to get a ***** consultant. The saddest part is that these people are continuing using this account to **** and ***** innocent people their hard earned money.
