Can't redeem cash send voucher for 5 days

I did myself a send cash on the 21 of July but i have not been able to get the funds Went to almost every atm and even at checkers they could not assist Decided to go report at my nearest branch then they made a call to their head office i was given a referrence Friday i came back another call was made to the same head office but i went back home without the funds Weekend went and today is Monday, this time i had to borrow money to come to town to report the same issue Another call was made and now im told to wait for 48 hours which i can't because i need the money to buy food and a taxi fare to go back home Please guys sort this out now im out of patience with you
