Cant help me

I have three loans with Capitec Bank. One loan just has one payment then its fully paid. Other one has one payment made out of six months and then an emergency loan(like overdraught) I was staying with my sister when this loan was taken. They had to relocate to Cape Town for work purposes. Due to my financial situation changed and i wasn't paying rent at my sisters i had to pay rent now asswell. I went to see Capitec Bank so the installments can be dropped and my contract reviewed for a better affordable installment on existing loan. I was denied any help from Capitec Bank
