Cant handle a simple loan application

Worst service ever. I app**** for a loan with Capitec online and was asked to provide my documents to them which I did. I had to call after 2 weeks to find out where they were in terms of looking into the application. I get told the person handling my case is on leave. I ask then who is handling my application? I get told someone else will and they are sending my details to that person. Another two weeks and I call back(This is after I send emails which they don't reply to), I get told that I need to send my contract. No one told me this and they tell me after a month? I got sent from one consultant to another. To say I am so disappointed is an understatement. They have wasted my time. These people know how much I earn per month as I use their bank for anything. Better not to apply for a loan with Capitec
