Cant get back to there clients

Good Day<br> <br> I was informed that ill be contacted within 3 working days on my last complaint to this useless bank. Nothing just Nothing they don't come back to a person no email no phone call this is so pathetic how is it possible for a Financial Service Provider like your self's to operate like this. How do you rate service if there is no service. <br>
