cant fica my account

I am Chris Hoffmann. I have tried to fica my account for the past 7 days and no joy ! I moved to durban 2 years ago and have no current accounts. I have taken a letter from my company (who incidentally paid the deposit on my house) and that apparently is for domestic workers or gardeners only as you have to reside at your place of employment to qualify. I was then sent to Shell House to get a letter fro my councillor who according to front desk hasn't been there for 3 months - in fact they cant tell me who this person is or give me a contact number which I find unbelievable. I was then told by your call centre that I should take my payslip with my address on it and that will be fine. I did that and was told by the capitec consultant that this is only acceptable if accompanied by a councillor letter - back to shell house. Same story - go find your councillor I was told. Apparently my lease agreement on the property also isnt good enough unless accompanied by a letter from the owner including id copies and rates or water bill. I am not going to involve some stranger whom I rent a house from in my personal issues so that wont work. WHERE TO FROM HERE?
