How funny is Capitec bank. I expose them on Hello Peter, they call me during office hours. They couldn't get hold of me, so they left me a reference number to call them back. I call back with that reference number and the guy I spoke to had no idea what is going even after giving him that reference number. Told him that I'm busy weekdays and they should call me after hours. They still call me during office hours and say if I don't respond back the case will be closed. That's the whole idea.
