Can't dispute unauthorized transactions

Hi please assist there was some payment that was made from my Capitec account online and when i call Capitec immediately and they told me that they can not assist me. This all started when they app went down now im sharing my account with some or some has my banking details including my pin and card details is there a way i can dispute all of this and some way get my money back as i have lost so much money.
