Can't bury our brother because of you
Our brother passed away on the 7th and we had policies which capitec now when it's time to claim they are giving stories like wrong claim, missing documents when we submitted all necessary document with the agent. Now we can't bury our brother as we don't have money. Funeral Is the 14th and NO response from Capitec sent several emails
