Can't be trusted with your money

I am just disappointed by capitec that when you do a transfer and need to reverse that money the can't and they need to call that person to send back the money seriously cause apparently with FNB you can reverse your money. What if that person says no they don't want to return the money . Mistakes are bound to happen when we do transfers and it should be reversible
