Can't access My Money

I've been with Capitec for the longest of time, and recently I haven't been able to access my funds. When I get to the Atm and insert my card I'm available to see my balance but when I try to withdraw it decline. I haven't been able to receive any assistance from the branch and I'm definitely not HAPPY. The last time I recieved money was last month and I'm just confused as to what could be the problem I'm very disappointed honestly.
