Can't access my account at Capitec

PLEASE HELP. 😥

in 2014 @capitec people came to my work place and I have open account with them, but after opening I never went to the branch to active the account till to date. But if someone use my number to send money it goes though but I can't access it became I never verify my finger and I never had a capitec card before.

I went to the bank they told me my fingers can't verify that it's me, there is nothing they can do. But on the profile it's me and details are mine.

I tried to ignore it but today someone send me R1500 using my cellphone number and it went through and I know that o can't get it 😭😭😭😭😭😭😭

Someone please help. ***
