Cannot EFT without a selfie!!! It does not work!
Hi all, I am extremely unsatisfied with the new updated Capitec banking app, as I cannot make an EFT to a newly added beneficiary without taking a selfie- the selfie function DOES NOT work, it constantly says "failed". What's the point of having the convenience of on-line banking but not being able to use it? I have been to my local branch, and this selfie function cannot be deleted or circumvented, it is a new safety precaution, why is my pin not enough? ...sadly, considering changing banks at the moment.., Kind regards Senta
