Cannot deposit cash at ATM so fees are now double

I don't know if this is deliberate but Capitec Bank has removed all their Cash Accepting ATM'S in Cape Town. Now instead of paying 70c per R100 to deposit I am forced to pay R1.40 per R100. Last week I had to pay R70 to deposit R5000. I feel that they should lower the deposit fees in branches where they do not have cash accepting ATM'S. The staff said the reason the ATM'S were removed was because it gave to many troubles. So you are punishing your clients because you have problems with your ATM'S? If all the other major banks have the same name brand of ATM's and they work why could you not fix the problem? Instead you removed them Your fees are becoming more and more expensive and thus you are no longer the low fees champion in the sector. According to a new poll you are currently the 4th cheapest in the low income bank accounts. What happened? Can it be you getting greedy like all the other big banks? Very disappointed.
