cannot dedbicherck a capitec savings account

Was approved a loan but when i went to Fleurhof branch to finalize was advised they cannot debicheck my Capitec savings account because it is not my main account so the loan cannot be processed. What **** is that ? there are existing debichecks on this account Eg: Lewis so how is capitec unable to debicheck its own account?
