Cannot create a virtual debit card

Debit card issue persist for over a month. I opened a new account. I tried adding a virtual debit card. The system refused to. Tried more than 20 times since then. No luck. I called 4 times. Logged a call. Sent an email with screenshot as requested. No luck. Hopeless, useless bank.
