Cannot be trusted

This cannot be true, I just read someone's complaint about debicheck at Capitec, same thing happened to me, an unauthorised debicheck went off my capitec account, went to the bank to reverse and I was told I can't coz I approved. I never approved, so it's not only me, is our monies really safe
