Cancel my debit order on my loan,

<p>I advised the collections department to cancel my existing debit order due to me gong on maternity leave and not getting a full salary and will be getting funds from an outside source cash. I asked to pay it manually while on maternity leave but they refused and said they can't. I don't get any joy from them. I asked the collections call centre manager to contact me with emails I have sent but still awaiting. I never skipped my loan payment,why would I want to have a negative payment profile? I work in a call centre myself.</p>
