can't pay eft

i don't want to pay buy debit order any more and they say I can't pay eft this is the only bank that tells me they can only work by debit order. They are treating they employees like **** capitec must start treating they employees with respect and reward they work Saturday and Sundays then they get 1 day in week of so they don't have to pay overtime does not work like that those people must see their family as well there is no point of just getting of on weekdays please correct.
