Can't link card to Paypal

I just came from Capitec Bedworth Park branch i spoke to Chantelle the Branch manager who said they are not an international bank which is why i cannot link Standard Chartered Bank on the banking app as a beneficiary but my previous card worked fine this is also the reason why i can't link my new card to Paypal BUT MY PREVIOUS CARD COULD DO THAT Unless Capitec Changed theire policy in a day Not to Transact Internationally Standard Chartered Bank is listed on the Banking App as a bank to choose in order to pay a Benificiary Could someone that knows whats actually going on help me if this issue is not resolved i will let Beeld handle the complaint

I'm still waiting to be contacted regarding this issue by the end of today i will contact Beeld if nothing has been done.

PROMISES PROMISES YESTERDAY I RECEIVED A NEW SECURE CODE MY CARD STILL CAN'T LINK TO PAYPAL I'M GOING TO WRITE A LETTER TO BEELD NOW BECAUSE I HAVE HAD NO CONTACT FROM CAPITEC SO FAR I SUPPOSE I MUST STOP STUDYING NOW BECAUSE I CAN'T ADD THE ECCOUNCIL AS A BENIFICIARY ASWELL ITS AN INTERNATIONAL ORGANIZATION AND QUALIFICATION

IN BRANCH YESTERDAY THE SECURE CODE WAS APPARENTLY LOCKED BUT THIS CLEARLY WASN'T THE CASE THEY JUST WANTED ME OUT OF THE BANK
