Can not open Account

Good Day, Please could someone assist me on what to do.... I urgently need to open a bank account for my daughter 13years, so that her dad can transfer money directly as he requested to her. The problem is, the told me I only need her birth certificate, so when I went, it was supposed to be unabridged... So I got it after very long time standing whole day in a cue.... when I went they want my original ID that I don't have it has been ******, but I still got a certified copy... I cant go for a ID because of the Covid Rules..... So what must I do? Got my driver license and my bank account is there a very long time... So please let us know because we need to open account urgently
