Can I have my account back??!!

Its been a few months and my Capitec account has still been suspended which means my life and that of my family has been put on hold. After figuring out that my account has been put on hold/suspension I called Capitec immediately and they told me to go to the police station and write an Affifavit. Which I did and I explained everything. No response was ever given and still I cant send money home to my family as thats the only bank they use. Can I ask Capitec to please open my account. I cannot live like this. There's not much branches were I stay and I rely on their affordable rates. PLEASE assist.
