CAN I GET THE REVERSAL BACK
Can Iget my mony reversed this is the reference number I was helped by Matsekiso via your whatsup chat and others that I couldnt keep records, I paid dstv internet with a wrong ref number and they did not receive the money, and requested I pay again with the correct reference number and reverse the first payment with my bank, so the bank told me that it will be reversed in 20 days, it has been more than a month, please Capitec can you reverse my money and dont call me, just reverse it back in my account, CAPITEC ACC NO ***, Can i get my money back it is 479.00

08 Dec 2025, 11:32Thank you capitec and Rennie for resolving the matter and it was a small matter just DStv customer service on whatsup need to be retrained, I called them the lady referred me to their internet department where they ask me to send the proof of payment and they will reverse it back to my acc within 48 hours, something whatsup people should have told me before and not include my bank.
