Can capitec Malamulele branch release my RAF pay out because I need that money to do operation in my injuries, I have a spinal chord injury that needs medical attention every 6 months there's a pin that need to be changed and a spinal fluid must be refill

My experience with capitec bank "Malamulele branch" left me in debts and excruciating pain. I chose capitec branch malamulele branch to facilitate my RAF pay out, the office did their part and tranfared the money to the bank and it was due to me on the 4th August last year, I have been traveling to the bank ever since the 4th August till to date no money in my account, every time I'm called to the bank I'm told it's still processing it'll be in your account by a certain date or by midnight,,, days turned into months we are even in the new year with the same story of money is still processing it'll be in ur account by midnight,, I have bad health issues occured during the accident, I have operations that are due,, I can't go to hospital because I don't have money,, I once had health complications within the bank while I was called there to to do follow up on my money, they left me unattended and shove me out of the bank telling me that they need to close. I am in debts with loan sharks because capitec is failling to release my founds and they are forever calling me to the branch only to tell me stories,,my taxi fare from the village to the branch is R100, 00 single trip so how do they expect me to travel to their branch almost 3 to 4 times a week while I'm not working and they are not processing out my money. Last time when I was there the manager told me he will attend my case personal, still I'm getting nothing from that branch,, I had a black Christmas because I didn't even have decent food all I had on Christmas was cheap bread from a ****a shop with water mixed with suger wheres my money is held by capitec,,All the people that I did the RAF application with got their monies on the 4th August without complications with their banks or branches, only me with Capitec branch malamulele,,, I regret choosing this bank to facilitate my RAF money, I don't know if its incompitance of the staff there or what, I even took this matter to Twitter on Capitec platform but nothing happened, I am frustrated and in accumulating loan shark debts my health needs attention asap but I hv no help,,,help me SA,, help me hello Peter I want my money from Capitec and the interest it gained for all the months my money was sitting in their facility,,, I regret ever choosing capitec to facilitate my payout
