I received the money of lees than 5000 in my account and when I checked my account the money has disappeared, and worried about my debit order that supposed to go out today, I phoned the bank, age runaround was told that the money is withheld by front department, because someone reported that I owe money for a DOG. And was told that to release the money I my write affidavit stating where I got the money from. I don’t have a Dog , and I don’t know what that have to do with my account..
