I sent my sent a cash send of R800 this morning, went to Puma garaged where the is a standalone Capitec atm.I punched in my C: number and Pin. The ATM gave an error message that transection cannot actioned, I tried another Capitec atm, but my app says the voucher has been redeemed and i did not receive or withdraw the money.Your sense of urgency is appalling as i need that funds for my family
