***** by Capitec Bank on my account

I want to report ***** by Capitec by allowing African Bank to deduct an amount R5106.65 through a debit order I never signed for. This is ***** of the highest order as it shows the two banks are colluding to do unauthorised transactions. I wanted to dispute and reverse the debit order but Capitec app is not allowing me to do this.
