****** by Capitec 😥

I have been very disappointed with Capitec business. I don’t even know where to start. I opened a business account and bought their merchant speed point beginning of the year. Started using their merchant in March. That amount made on that day was never paid out into my business account at all. They quickly blocked me from the merchants app where I use to track sales and transactions. I spent the whole day 📞 my their call centre department to fix my logins and get access. While doing that I Got an email from their ***** department saying I needed to send documents while working on that I got sick and had to drop everything and had to attend to my health spent about 4 months. In July I contacted Capitec and found out that I was blocked out from my businesses merchant account. I then send an email replying to their ***** department with the documents they requested , I got no reply nothing. In August I sent another email enquiring about any updates seeing that they had not responded to me for about a month then. They haven’t responded till date. I feel ******.
