My daughter recevied her work confirmation and wanted to open a Capitec Account. I took her to the Stanger branch on Saturday, only to see a line over 25 heads long with no social distancing nor many people wearing a mask. We decided to vist the brach a little later, hoping the crowd will be less. It was not so, only to find out that 2 branches in Stanger had closed due to the unrest. Using technology, I searched Capitec Website and found that Ballito was open on a Saturday from 08h00 to 17h00, which was perfect. When we did arrive at the branch at 13h30, it was closed. I checked the website again, and it does state 08h00 - 17h00 What a wasted trip, +/- 30kms not to mention wasted fuel. In this age of technology, sadly, Capitec is lacking when it comes to correct information causing undue inconvenience to potential clients. Today is monday... and i told my daughter, say: Hello FNB
