Business Credit Card

I have a Business Banking account with Capitec Business Bank. I also have a Credit card with Capitec Business Bank. Every month the credit card payment go of on the 3rd or 4th from my tjek account, but takes up to 3 days to reflect in credit card account!!! If you do a direct transfer, the payment shows within seconds, but if the bank Dt your account, the money is hanging in the air for 3 days, and you must pay interest while it has been taken of your current account, and there you loose interest!!!

This is an unfair practice in my opinion! The bank is taking my interest ********ly.

I have sent several internal messages to the bank, but in all the months since Capitec took over Mercantile, this started to happen, and no respose has been given.
