Business Banking Issue and POS Machine Deactivation
Good day
I hope this email finds you well. I am writing to bring to your attention an ongoing issue I have been experiencing with Capitec Bank, specifically regarding their business banking services and the deactivation of my POS machine.
Firstly, I recently escalated a matter concerning the conduct of one of Capitec Bank's business bankers who was rude during a previous interaction. Upon their request, I provided proof of the incident two days ago. However, I have not received any follow-up or acknowledgment of the matter from Capitec Bank's customer service team.
Secondly, my POS machine has been deactivated without prior notice or explanation. I promptly submitted proof of invoice as requested by Capitec Bank to resolve this issue, yet I have not received any correspondence regarding why my POS machine remains deactivated.
I understand the importance of prompt and efficient customer service, especially in resolving issues that directly impact my business operations. However, the lack of communication and resolution from Capitec Bank has been concerning and has led to disruptions in my business activities.
I kindly request your assistance in escalating this matter and ensuring that Capitec Bank addresses both the rude behaviour of their staff member and the deactivation of my POS machine promptly. Regards
