Business account

I am very dissapointed with Capitec been banking with you guys for more than 10 years opened a business account and no one can assist to verify after sending all the documents I have called 12 times everyone is just useless spoke to 8 different urgents they all cutting calls can you really do better I am waiting for feedback now failure to do so will escalate
