Buried my mother-in-law with peanuts!

Don't make the mistake of taking up the capitec funeral policy. I had to bury my mother-in-law with half of the money I covered her for. I covered her for R30000, paid more than R200 each and every month only to receive R14600? No explanation whatsoever. I had to use the same money to call them everyday to find out what happened to the rest of the money. Every consultant I speak to promised to escalate the matter but a week later still nothing. I regret taking up the policy and I'm going to cancel the one I have right now! Sies!!!
