Bureau update

I am sick of Capitec bank. I settled my loan beginning of the month. They gave me a discount to settle, updated my profile but the discount remains on my profile as delinquent. I have contacted them called itc who says they must clear it with consent from Capitec. Took my paid up letter to the branch but still it's on my profile. Clear my name pls. What more do I need to do for U people to mark my account as paid in full. U are messing up my profile and lowering my score and affordability.
