Bureau of credit while paying monthly payments

I am so disappointed with this bank . I was listed undee bereau of credit while i am still paying and no one said anything to me and i wasn't expecting any call from them since well i am paying . I still dont know the reason for this but all i know is that i am so done with capitec bank
