Bunch of useless staff

Capitec used to be a great bank but now since this online application nonsense and them having fools at direct loans working for them ,I spoke to an agent who called me back and we did application online since yesterday I sent her my documents and she never responded today I called her and she gave me capitec number mind you she knows that they aren't working I ws told that she didn't appload my documents on the system and when I called her back on the cell she provided on her signature she didn't pick up ,,,why the hell will you be sending people to ur office knowing that they aren't working ,the staff even keep on dropping the calls why hire bunch of useless people there no manager no team leader the office is based in Cape Town with rude and lazy agents
