Capitec responded that they tried calling me without success that’s not true 11:55 02 September a lady called me for 3 minutes we talked so I realized she was a changer not having facts I asked her question she said she is gonna check her calculator and comeback to me because the answers she gave me didn’t make sense to her probably her *********** team leader gave her instruction it’s amazing how come they fail to answer when I ask them question people with proper qualifications should be appointed not hire people with only just matrix and a few weeks training I’m very disappointed on Capitec there is nothing sophisticated about them they just simple I’m still waiting for that lady to call me back from the complaint department I’m taking this further I’ve been patient enough with them the number that called me was ‭+***9‬ Why lie to cover up that’s not how business is being done please call me back and give me proper answers gone to branch level they can’t provide me with proper answer they rely on guys working in Belleville who don’t understand themselves I’ll ask for the recording EFF will assist me on this one
