Bunch of *********** staff

I recently wrote a review about their pathetic service. Until today I am still having calls from their *********** staff who promise to resolve my issues but over a month still not resolved. I gave them benefit of a doubt after a month and app**** again for credit but due to their incompetence same problem occurred. I need them to actually clear ITC listings and have those listings removed from my ITC since I have no credit with them.
