Bul**** by Capitec

Capitec is such a bully.. I was retrenched in 2015 I advised capitec but they did not even offer me a lower payment plan. I did not pay for 3 months then I opened my own business started paying them. Busines Hass been bad I made an arrangement in March to pay R1650 in April and may. So April I paid R2665 then the last R1650 would be due on the 30th of May. To my surprise it's not even end of May they have listed me as a bad payer with no good reason I paid them every 25th.i am so disappointed in them they call themselves care and they abuse me like I did not honor anything. How can I take them up ecase am tired of them ignoring everything I do to settle them
