Bull**** and idiotic bank

Capitec is very useless as a bank,maybe as something else it will be better,yesterday I went into a branch at Cosmo City to apply for a loan,I asked everything and well it seemed I did meet the criteria, the consultant even said lets check how much I can qualify for on the website and it give a certain amount to show that my credit score is good enough, then comes the process/procedure,we did everything until we reached a point where the company I work for isn't on their system,really? What load of bull**** is that,anyway the consultant went to the backoffice to confirm my employment, mind you she didn't even ask for their office numbers meaning on Google they could find the company and where its situated and their contacts,they contact the company and whoever the spoke to did confirm I work there,now am told sir we can't proceed as the company has to be added onto our system of which the turnaround time could be anytime up until 5 business days,well I got this information today after I passed by to enquire if nothing has been heard about adding the company,a few hours after I left their branch I get a call,sorry bad news,we got an email from God knows where that says the company can't be added on the system so we can't proceed with the load,like really now? I've been declined before probably when I app**** for credit for proper reasons,credit score,affordability etc but I've never heard of such *** as we can't add the company you work for onnour system so for that reason,we cant offer you a facility, anyway thanks for nothing,I'll go and close the useless savings account that you opened for me to receive the so called loan,maybe that was a sign,why did I need a Capitec account to receive a loan whereas if I apply for a loan at Nedbank while banking with FNB the loan cam always be paid onto the receiving bank and vice versa,never regard yourself as a bank,its bull**** maybe discovery and timebank can teach you a thing or two
