Bulelani Kula You Rockstar!!!

Bulelani Kula @ Capitec Bank complaints department i take my hat off for you. I have dealt with many complaints departments but never in my life have i experienced service like she gave me. She really went out of her way to assist and even when she was suppose to leave she went the extra mile staying later to resolve our matter. This morning i was telling my wife i need to write a review complementing on her great service and just before i could she gave me call to find out if we are sorted and even again said that she will not close the matter until we 100% sorted. Really a great experience
