Broken promise
I made a payment arrangement on my loans and capitec broke that promise and debited R6500.00 from my account. Almost 3 times the amount. The call centre is absolutely useless. The team leader moetsetsi could offer no help and did not understand my concern at all. I expect a resolution to this. I want my money back.
