Brendon Joseph of Capitec Bank is ***********!

Brendon Joseph team leader of Capitec bank contact centre is very arrogant and refuses to escalate my complaint to his manager Lindelwa Ngidi or his Department head Thozama Ngqakayi or his CEO, instead he keeps instructing his staff members to contact me. He clearly is incapable of resolving my complaint of 4 Jan 2021 instead he keeps on making it worse through his insulting goodwill gestures which leave the problem unresolved. I will not give up until the CEO of Capitec bank contacts me or someone in senior management.
