Breaking promises

On a public platform Capitec shows real interest in your problem. But never keep their promises.... i complained a lot lately on HP and its almost been a month and no feedback. I cant believe it! And i recommended this bank to so many people....

I feel so **** for doing this because this poor people will also eventually be in need where this **** wont be resolved. I hate the fact that im a part of this circus bank
