Breach of contract with capitec bank

I have a loan with capitec bank,i've never failed to repay the loan as im receive my salary via their bank,to my surprise,from March capitec started debiting extra money from me,not what we've agreed as per my contract with them,n when I call to find out I was told it was because of COVID-19, and the agent told me he was going to escalate it,and they will call me to resolve the issue but they never did,,i am very mad as the same thing continued this April,,Capitec have breach their contract agreement,they always debit me before the agreed date,n they're are *****ing my money by debiting me more than the repayment loan amount as per our agreement,,I always receive my salary on the 22 or 23 of each month,,my agreement with them was to debit me in the 25 ,,but they never did,,I will have to involve the third party on this issue and also report them to the ombudsmen! This is wrong and unfair
